45 DEGREE TAPER TOOLHOLDER KIT

This kit allows the 45 degree bevels and square shoulder behind the bevel to be machined with portable lineboring gear. These bevels are typically found on excavator stick nose/bucket faces.

 

The kit is available in 3 different shank options to work with various brands of lineboring gear. Available in 1/2" square, 12 mm round and 14 mm  round. Custom sizes can be made, contact with any inquires.

 

Kit comes with the 45 degree cutting toolholder for cutting the 45 degree bevel. This toolholder uses a SCMT 432 size insert which are available separately for purchase. **CARBIDE INSERTS SEEN IN PHOTOS ARE NOT INCLUDED**

 

The kit comes with both a left and right hand square shoulder cutting toolholders ( see photos for better description on there use) These toolholders use CCMT 32 size inserts. (same as all the other 1/2" shank toolholder I sell on my website) Inserts are available separately.  **CARBIDE INSERTS SEEN IN PHOTOS ARE NOT INCLUDED**

 

For larger size faces it is recommend to use the toolholder in an extender tool support for your lineboring gear to better support the tool and reduce vibration.

 

The purchase of a KIT includes

(1) Toolholder of the shank size selected

(1) 45 degree taper toolholder

(1) Left hand square shoulder toolholder

(1) Right hand square shoulder toolholder

( all needed set screws, inserts screws and wrenches )
